Private infant adoption program

If you are interested in adopting an infant, our trained adoptions social worker can walk you through the steps required for a private adoption. Please call our Adoption Services department at 267-331-2455 during normal business hours, or if you prefer you may also email us at css.adoption@chs-adphila.org.

PA Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN)

If you are open to adopting a toddler or older child, you can investigate how you might adopt through the Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange by visiting the state website www.adoptpakids.org and speaking with our social worker at 267-331-2455.
